Sales Training
The sales training contains:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes yearly.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales programs put on for General Managers twice a year, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Furnace and air conditioning tune-up procedural training in spring and fall
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection in the fall
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ in the spring and fall
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty courses on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary training through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better offer a complete education to our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice annually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, tools, and structure for managing a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, perform outbound calling over a one (1) day program. In this program we cover HVAC basics, what drives people to purchase, calling techniques, scripts, customer purchase indicators, and overcoming customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes provided. As needed training provided by the General Manager and relevant staff in the office.
